Wanderlust by Heart

After our fulfilling brunch , we went to Orchard Road to shop! So no pictures were taken other than this macaroons Christmas tree by Laduree. Dinner was with my cousin at a place I've chose - Koh Grilled and Sushi Bar. It is located in Wisma Atria, Orchard Road, inside Food Republic (food court). It was Saturday at around 7pm and this place was packed! We had to queue for almost a good half an hour for 2 bar counter seats. Below was the view from my seat. Grilled Cod Fish (cousin's) not bad, very fresh. There is also an extensive grilled skewers menu. Below is asparagus wrapped with pork belly. Not bad. Our main purpose of visiting this particular Japanese restaurant was for their famous maki sushi. Shiok maki sushi generation 1 was yummy.  Shiok maki sushi generation 1 was really yummy. Lunch was the highlight of this trip, in my opinion. We went to White Rabbit, located on Harding Road. It was housed in a beautiful restored old chapel. The environment was warm and cozy. I think we went a little bit crazy and over excited as we ordered way more than we thought we will. It really was a beautiful place.  It was a Saturday morning and the restaurant was quite packed.   We was thinking of having their set lunches, only to find out that they serve brunch menu on weekends. Oh well, it is still as good. I find the prices were quite affordable (given the portion and if I don't convert the currency). T.T why I don't earn Singapore Dollars.  And behold, the picture shows the amount of food we ordered that day (I'm swallowing my saliva just looking at the pictures). All the other girls ordered cocktails except me. My drink really stand out in this picture. Haha.  My tea comes with a super cute rabbit biscuit. So cute! This is
